Sherpany’s offering is based on flexible plans designed to support Boards, Executive teams, and enterprise organisations at different stages of scale and complexity. Pricing depends on factors such as the plan selected, the number of users and meeting rooms, and the features and security requirements your organisation needs. For larger or more complex environments, tailored enterprise packages and an all-inclusive offering are available. Please contact our sales team for more information.

Sherpany offers three plans to support organisations at different stages of scale and complexity. The Board plan is designed for boards of directors that want a secure, fully digital environment for preparing, conducting, and following up on board meetings. The Executive plan supports larger boards, board committees, executive teams and management committees that collaborate across multiple groups. The Enterprise plan is built for large organisations with complex governance structures, including subsidiaries, multiple business units, or complex reporting lines.

Sherpany supports billing in multiple currencies. Customers can be billed in CHF, EUR, GBP, USD, SEK, and NOK. Currency availability depends on your contract and region. 

Sherpany applies a modular pricing structure that separates software licences and professional services. Pricing may vary based on selected bundles, number of users, contract duration, and organisational requirements. For a tailored proposal, our team provides guidance based on your governance structure and setup.

Sherpany’s AI Copilot is available as an optional add-on and is priced per user per year. Availability and commercial terms depend on your contract and plan. 

Sherpany includes self-service onboarding available in-app for all users at no additional cost. An initial kick-off session is included during setup. Individual onboarding or tailored training sessions are available as optional paid services.

Yes. New users can be added at any time. Organisations can use self-service onboarding or request individual onboarding sessions as paid services. 

A user is a regular licence holder with ongoing access to the platform. A guest is an external or occasional participant invited to specific meetings or documents. Guests only access the content they are invited to and do not have full platform access.
